My initial contact with Lydia was terrific she was extremely helpful and responded to all my questions quickly. On arrival at the storage depot Rebekah was a superstar. You have a great team at that Balham store, the attitude and customer care was excellent. Well done!
Everything went really smoothly, and it's a nice, easy process given that moving itself is a real pain in the *****.

Generally very straightforward. The only complicated thing is the cost with price reductions and certain periods at half price, others full price, insurance, etc.
