Brilliantly. So easy. And fantastic customer service. Lydia and Natalie couldn't do enough to help me.
I was provided all relevant information regarding storage unit membership, Fee, Also I was very well explained by the staff member Rebecca about how to use the facility.
Rebekah was brilliant, great follow up, spelled everything out in a straight forward way.
It takes waaaaaay too long to go through the initial paperwork. It's a storage unit. I feel there is less paper work to purchase a gun, car, have a child, etc.
Initial enquiry and everything after was very straight forward,
I have been made welcome by the staff at the Balham branch both by phone and in person .There was more to it than I had initially thought but with the help of friendly staff and a walk through I left knowing exactly what to do
I was delighted with the support I received on the phone when I called to make an enquiry. It was a stressful time and the person I spoke to really took the time to understand what I needed and gave me great advice. At the end of the call I felt completely reassured and calm. Thanks so much!
