I thought Natalie made the whole process really quick and easy.

Sammy from the Balham store handled my account and I can honestly say she made the whole process (which can be naturally quite stressful when moving house with lots of belongings) actually seamless. She handled the process with entire clarity, ease and genuine friendless. With this being the first time I have used storage units, I naturally had several questions and concerns and Sammy handled all my questions with clear and friendly explanations - making the whole process stress-free and a huge help. It is not often that you experience such genuinely fantastic customer service which actually brightened my day and compelled me to complete this feedback request. My experience with Big Yellow Balham has therefore so far been an absolute pleasure and have already recommended the Balham store to my friends. Thanks again

I Honestly cannot express how much the team at Big Yellow has been, from my first inquiry to moving in excellent, Rebekak has been Amazing so Helpful and professional, she helped me find a fantastic deal, excellent service and very helpful on my move in day. Unfortunately Sometines Moving does not go to plan i had my bag stolen over the weekend with everything in it, called the office on Monday and again the team were excellent my sorting everything out new lock etc, I would like to say a special thank you to Natalie, Lydia and Bex for all your excellent service and help, i love how the team just help you out in a crisesss. Thought everything went well and the staff, particularly Samii, who I dealt with in two occasions, was really friendly and professional.

Sammy was extremely helpful and polite... my overall experience with big yellow has always been amazing :-) hence why I have come back.

Staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish and Sammy made what was a rather stressful situation all the more better to deal with she was great!

The whole process was quite clear and I understood the process of booking and moving in.

Samii, Natalie and Lydia are possibly the best storage staff that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Lydia was responsive and helpful on the emails and Natalie/Samii were informative and engaging on site. As a storage trio, you couldn't ask for more!

The experience was absolutely incredible. Sami and Rebecca made it seamless from the beginning through to moving in. We had hiccups our side and they alleviated any pain despite it not being their fault, were SO helpful and incredibly friendly. It’s the best customer service we’ve had in years and they’re an asset to the business.

The process was great. I loved how most of the service was over the phone so it was easy to understand and the staff answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly.
