Excellent service. My experience booking with Lydia was great, very thorough and she was a very helpful lady. Then my move in was made smooth and simple by Abdul who was a real star! I was a bit worried and stressed about the whole experience of moving belongings around but the team in Balham made me feel happy and! 5 stars customer service, thank you!
Very friendly and helpful staff
Rarely in my life have I had such good customer service from Paula and Sami, but especially Paula. I was in difficult spot with a house move having gone wrong and moved all my belongings into storage. I was not in a good state. Paula dealt with me delicately, professionally, offering sympathy whilst maintaining professionalism and plying me with water, a phone charger and biscuits. The set up at big yellow was effortless to use and well designed, reaffirming my faith in humanity. Thank you for making a terrible day that little bit better!
The team were super friendly & helpful. Moving is never stress free but Sammii & team made everything so easy, and we even got a cup of tea and some biscuits when checking in!

Initial enquiry was very easy with a quick online quote. Someone then called very promptly and was able to answer clearly a couple of questions I had. Moving in process is very clear - but check in in-store was a bit slow.
I thought it was a really easy process. Checking in is relatively time consuming but it’s good that you have plenty chance to do it online and in advance.
Paula (Balham) was fantastic. She also took extra care when she found out I'm recovering from a mTBI. JM
