I was very happy with the friendliness and information provided by the agent at the store.

It was great Sammy, Natalie and Lydia were great and very helpful. Sammy had only been there for 3 weeks but she was very professional and capable with some assistance with Natalie!

Absolutely fine - after my very first enquiry I told them I was not moving for 12 months and I was left alone - not pestered. When I went back my details were still on file and it all moved on vry smoothly.

Natalie was extremely helpful during check-in - I arrived with only 45 minutes to check-in and move everything into my room, Natalie was more than happy to help speed the process up, whilst remaining professional throughout and providing all the information I needed. Very grateful for the help - managed to get the van back with 1 minute to spare!

We met with Paula who discussed our requirements and gave us a thorough understanding of how the storage solution worked. We were very happy to proceed at that point. Check in was carried out by Tim who was very helpful, courteous and efficient. All which made me grateful I had chosen this storage option.
