Initial enquiry was brilliant. The lady on customer service team was so lovely and helpful! Samii in store at Balham was equally as brilliant - so informative, friendly and chatty - she made the experience really good.
This was a very smooth operation, i couldn’t get to Balham store in time, but luckily i was in Bromley and the reception there , Natalie , was like she The Boss, Natalie handled my move in explaining everything clearly, it was a nice experience checking in somewhere elas and turning up to my requested store, and everything went smoothly. I was provided all relevant information regarding storage unit membership, Fee, Also I was very well explained by the staff member Rebecca about how to use the facility.
It takes waaaaaay too long to go through the initial paperwork. It's a storage unit. I feel there is less paper work to purchase a gun, car, have a child, etc.
Rebekah was brilliant, great follow up, spelled everything out in a straight forward way.
