We met with Paula who discussed our requirements and gave us a thorough understanding of how the storage solution worked. We were very happy to proceed at that point. Check in was carried out by Tim who was very helpful, courteous and efficient. All which made me grateful I had chosen this storage option.

I found the whole experience of joining the Big Yellow incredibly stress free. The was due to the wonderful help I received from Lydia and Paula. They were extremerly accommodating and very professional. They were very welcoming and went through every detail with me to make sure that I understood, especially the code system. They are amazing people to be greeted by as the front of house for the Big Yellow. Also Tim was great at his continuous calls to me before I joined, to keep me up to date with my big move. The great team at the Big Yellow are very friendly and they assisted me with any questions that I had, big or small. They always had time to explain fully. Very easy and detailed, yet with not too much detail - I think I spoke to Paula on the phone first and she was brilliant
The space and moving in was booked and managed by a family member, but no concerns were reported.
