Really friendly helpful staff

I found the whole experience of joining the Big Yellow incredibly stress free. The was due to the wonderful help I received from Lydia and Paula. They were extremerly accommodating and very professional. They were very welcoming and went through every detail with me to make sure that I understood, especially the code system. They are amazing people to be greeted by as the front of house for the Big Yellow. Also Tim was great at his continuous calls to me before I joined, to keep me up to date with my big move. The great team at the Big Yellow are very friendly and they assisted me with any questions that I had, big or small. They always had time to explain fully. Many thanks to you all, especially Paula and Lydia who made my move goes very smoothly. I would not hesistate to recommend the Balham Big Yellow. Thank you.

Very easy and detailed, yet with not too much detail - I think I spoke to Paula on the phone first and she was brilliant

The space and moving in was booked and managed by a family member, but no concerns were reported.

Lydia and Tim were very helpful in the whoke stressful process of moving, they explained everything to me in detail as well as showing me. The space recommended was exactly what I was looking for and also very clean. Thanks Guys

The whole process worked very well for me and all the staff (in particular Tim) were very helpful. I was moving flat and needed somewhere to store my belongings. On the day I 'moved in' I was quite stressed as I was very busy not only with moving, but also with work and preparing for a holiday early the next morning. When I arrived, Tim was very helpful and helped what could have been a further stress be a simple and not very time consuming process. When I moved out, the process was just as simple. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she was very kind and ordered me a Taxi to move my things.
