I was reminded a few times to check in online. The online check in was efficient. Henry served me at the store and he was fantastic. 10/10 help, transparency and proactivity. Promote him.

Handled very well and professional, the big yellow team was a big help. Henry in particular helped me with everything and made me feel big yellow was the best option for storage.

Guy that called us after we enquired was very nice. I have forgotten his name, but he was very good and polite. He also gave us a nice service when visited onsite to have a look at the Unit and sign the paperwork. I will definitely commend his service and approach to customers, being an employer myself.

While my experience once I got the site was very positive, the process building up to it wasn't. It was very confusing how far ahead you could book things and this seemed to be a constantly moving feast. Also the estimate of how much space I would need was wildly off (i had booked a space based on what the site recommended two bed house, when I was moving stuff from a two bed flat so already had given wiggle room and I ended up needing nearly twice the space despite not having a terribly full property)

Awesome. Your man at the Barking branch (Henry?) was beyond helpful. Friendly, happy, informative - couldn't ask for me. He was a pleasure to deal with.
