Henry dealt with my case. From my first inquiry online, he gave me a call and explained all the details in an easy to understand way. Then with follow up calls to make sure I was aware of the closing time due to the holidays.

The operative whom processed my check-in was very thorough in explaining the details ( Henry Akpapunam) and after viewing my original unit found a more appropriate unit for my needs. On a subsequent visit to the store there were no free trolleys for use as some customers had taken two or three at a time. Once he had a moment free after dealing with another desk customer, and after he'd already made an public announcement call for trolleys to be returned to the ground floor, Henry took a walk around and retrieved a trolley for us, enabling our prompt off-loading in 10mins and we were complete.

Very helpful and informative friendly and uncomplicated straightforward service.

Easy and convenient

Vat and insurance wasn't given or added on the original quote so I didn't expect to pay so much more than I initially thought once I got there. Would be better if you gave this on the quote as its misleadingly

That is why I use the big yellow self storage.i would also like to thank the team in Dagenham ( claine,Sherrie). You have been very helpful. because the Dagenham storage did not have a bigger storage place available on the ground floor. Samina help me to find a bigger place on our Barking branch, I would like to take this opportunity also to thank Henry and team for helping me with.
