Henry was just incredible throughout the entire duration of planning... right up to move date. Samantha was wonderful too. A stressful experience was made easier due to Henry... my main contact... and Samantha. Both... are a credit to Big Yellow.

I was recommended Big Yellow by a friend who gave me Harry’s contact details at The barking store and that he would be expecting me. Harry was most helpful in explaining the size of the units, cost and how things work. I signed up then and there.

I can confidently say that if it wasn't for Henry's high competence and helpful manner, I would have gone to Safestore instead. Henry was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the check in process. He ensured that everything was explained to me and assisted me with all questions asked. His personality made the process even better, you’re lucky to have him as an employee.
