I needed urgent Storage for a large amount of College Student Furniture and on ringing Big Yellow Storage I was given good info as to how they could help me. I even called in a day in advance than I needed to move in and the help and advice was very good. I would recommened this Company to anyone.

This is the second time I have used Big Yellow. Overall it is very good. It was my own mistake but I was offered to see the room before dealing with the paperwork I said no and when was shown the room it was an odd shape so we had to re-do the paperwork for a better room. I have one minor complaint the normal hours are upto 6pm which is a bit early

We are delighted with the storage facilities, great peace of mind to know everything is safe and dry, and nice and easy to gather up when we move into our new home.

You get what you pay for and you do pay for it at Big Yellow - but it all works well and seems safe and secure.

I was very impressed with the Big Yellow Storage at Beckenham. I was given the opportunity to view the room I had booked in advance, and on finding it was too small, I was shown a larger more suitable room. The staff were extremely helpful.

I am impressed by the helpfulness of the staff and the facilities provided. The premises are clean and well-lit, and Big Yellow can help with van hire, packing materials and general advice about what you will need. Everything is clear and simple, there are no hidden charges, and it "does what it says on the tin" !

Your security is non-existent due to the fact that i am asked to create a 5 digit number for my alarm and then i have to tell your staff what it is so they can enter it in to the computer this is your weak link, it should work like this i create a 5 digit number and i enter it in to your computer on a small key pad, if i forget my number then i take ID in to prove whom i am and your staff reset the number to zero and i enter a new 5 digit number, if my time is over due and after the one month before you sell my stuff the security code will reset to zero. This way your staff need never know my alarm code and can not be bribed or intimidate to revel security codes... Thank you
