Everything was smooth and I was given most of the information I needed. It would have been good to have all of the costs, even approximate, factored into the initial quote (inc. deposit, insurance, padlock) as it ended up costing more than I thought it would. The price was fine but would have been useful to know the rough total at the start of the enquiry.

My rental home had a flood which resulted in me having to move out right before Christmas, I was traumatised! The Yellow storage staff were the friendliest most helpful bunch of people I had spoken to during this nightmare few days and I can't thank them enough for their kindness and help. The removal guys they recommended to me were amazing too! They completely put me at ease when they seemed to care just about as much as I did when handling my fragile items. Thank you so much!!!

Staff very helpful. The pricing left me a bit baffled but I got what I think (??) is a good deal. Systems seem excellent and easy to use/comprehend. Learning the access number was a bit tough but good for the brain.
