I was very happy with how quickly I received a call followed by all the relevant information I needed. Any questions I asked were responded to quickly. Booking was so easy with the help of Stephanie and on the day we went in to sign and pay, everything was explained thoroughly, we were shown how to access the room.
Steph and Taylor were really helpful and made booking with Big Yellow really easy and stress-free. I can't thank them enough.
