I sold my house last week. I started packing on Monday ready for a removal van on Tuesday. I had decided to move all my possessions to my new home, but suddenly realised just how much stuff I own. I was delighted to receive a call from Stephanie who was extremely pleasant to deal with. I was just about to start getting stressed about the move, but she was very professional and reassuring. I was so impressed by her manner and competitive offer that an unwelcome sales call suddenly became a major change of plans for me. I decided to alter my plans and ask my removal company to take most of my stuff straight into storage.
All quite easy. I would just suggest that on check-in day, all the forms could have been docu-signed in advance to save some time.
