I received excellent customer service. I was 100% satisfied.

The experience so far has been pleasant so far. I needed last minute storage at a good price and the process has been very clear and straight forward. The service has been professionally friendly, both over the phone and in person. The online check in a surprisingly simple task and not time consuming, which I was fearful of. You ask for only the information that you need making the experience stress free.

Perfect, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone that needs storage.

I had an enjoyable time. Although I am storing my stuff for a happy reason I did feel a bit stressed when I arrived thinking about the effort involved but I was put at ease straight away. The access and entry procedures were explained really well. All the paperwork was clear and kept to a minimum.
