This a really great service and value for money. The storage space is well tailored to meet/ exceed customer need. The staff are very helpful, all in all, world class customer service. I'm very impressed and would always recommend Yellow Storage to small businesses.

I have had the pleasure of using this branch of Big Yellow three times over the last 10 years or so and every time I cannot praise highly enough the friendly and efficient staff. The premises are always clean and in a good state of repair. I have never used the out of hours service, but it is clearly available should I wish to do so. But I will say again that the staff at the Brighton Big Yellow, off of Lewes Road are absolutely fabulous. Friendly, courteous, helpful, efficient. I have in the past and will continue to recommend this branch of Big Yellow to anyone and everyone who asks.

After being let down by the local storage company on my move date, I walked into Big Yellow at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and was able to view, sign & pay for a room at a great rate. Staff were extremely helpful and understanding. Major kudos to the team!

A very good service and helpful staff. I was quite stressed when I arrived in reception but the staff were very calming and helpful. There did seem to be a lot of paperwork to be printed out and signed but am sure this was necessary.

Low expectations as just wanted storage but the staff were fantastic. Made sure I got storage to suit me and went out of their way to explain aspects to me. Thank you!
