The lady (sorry forgot your name) was thorough and explained the terms etc very well. She gave us a brief tour of the facility and made myself and my daughter aware of the security features and 'out of hours' procedure. Great customer service!

Having unexpectedly needed to take storage for an overseas shipment due to my new home not being ready, I called on Big Yellow for help. The customer service I received was exceptional - both in making the booking over the phone, having to change arrival date due to stuff stuck in customers and then finally on site. The communication was excellent, with courtesy calls and e-mails. Even though the computer system was down the day I moved my things in, the staff made checking in easy and quick. I can't think of anything negative to say about Big Yellow, Brighton. Good staff, storage, location, and price.
Very useful for storing student belongings/furniture over summer between student houses. Very easy to use, clean, convenient and good security. Would definitely recommend.

First impressions, highly impressive, individual chap managing the depot. He changed my location so that I was nearer the lifts. I didn't feel as if I was dealing with some anonymous corporation, instead I was talking with real, live, intelligent human beings. That counts for a lot nowadays.
