Staff are very helpful. Clean, secure environment. Could do with longer opening times on a Sunday, but otherwise good experience.

I liked the attention of the staff and the easy of interacting with the billing / contracting activities. However a major caveat to all of you that are thinking of buying packaging materials, the quality of the boxes is below expectations with boxes coming apart at the seams even when not loaded, clearly an area where the Big Yellow needs improvement such as kicking out their current supplier and getting someone better to supply them quality materials.

my experience with Big Yellow was always a happy one. All staff were attentive and sympathetic to my constant changes of date of use! Blame the solicitors handling the sale! Am quite content to let them keep an eyr on my property

Really efficient service, the staff were very helpful and even helped to find me the best value storage for my items, which you don't often get at a lot of companies that care less about the customer. Neil, the member of staff who assisted me, was helpful, friendly and intelligent, giving me the information I needed without useless jargon. Great Service.

Excellent facility, flexible hours and easy to use

Not used a storage unit before, but with stress of moving etc was suprised to find the staff at such a store were so pleasent and helpful. I was so impressed I actually emailed the manager to let them know the person who served me was so helpful and nice - never usually bother but it isn't often anyone hears anything nice these days! They wrote back to thank me for taking the time to bother - so on staff value alone I woudl recomend it. The rest was totally fine.

For us it was the first time we resort to self-storage. People at Big yellow self-storage were extremely friendly and helpful to explain all things for us. I am really sorprised how easy, how flexible and how convenient is to use this type of storage to enjoy better our flat while having a piece of mind that our "excess goods" are well taken care of.
