Very polite follow up to initial query and good - non pushy advice on getting storage.

The staff were really friendly, took the time to make sure I understood everything and made sure that I had the most appropriate option for me.

Matt Wells ensured we were all clear on the process and procedures, he took time to explain everything to us and also showed us to the unit providing a health and safety guide to ensure we were fully informed, thankyou Matt

Lauren was very helpful when I made my initial enquiries. On the day Patrick was extremely courteous and welcoming when we arrived as was his colleague. I had made an error with the size of unit booked and Patrick was quickly able to resolve this issue.

Very easy to use the storage containers and very flexible in terms of options. As well as this, the staff were all very helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had without judgement

Maddie was the person who served me yesterday for my move in. She was absolutely incredible! Warm personality, very clear instructions running me through my agreement and health and safety and helped to make my move as smooth as it could be! She has been my stand out reason I'd recommend! Storage price was reasonable for the time I'm keeping items there, and the website is very user friendly.

Its my first time using Big yellow storage, i have to say i was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Charlie was amazing, friendly, professional and all around nice chap.
