Both were very knowledgeable & friendly & made the whole process easy. Everything was explained carefully, we were taken to see our locker & shown where to find trollies etc. Payment was simple & we were treated with respect & care throughout.

Matt, the employee at the Brighton office could not be any more helpful and provide all the info that I've asked in a more professional and kind way. I give him 10 out of 10!
