Kat at the Brighton branch called me 5 minutes after I initially looked online for prices. She was friendly, professional and led me through the options expertly. It was an excellent first experience in dealing with the company and she should be commended for her skill.

I was helped by Kat and she was absolutely amazing, I was going through a stressful move and got the best help and service and advice I could have imagined. Give that woman a raise, I was full panic mode and she dealt with my paperwork and me in the best possible way. The highlight of a stressful horrible moving day.

Overall, quite easy. I wasn't present physically the day of the move-in, so I had a friend of mine who had to go and it made the online check-in longer to do but in the end easier for everyone's comprehension.

Kat was really friendly and very helpful she made me feel very relaxed and she has a very nice personality, So thank you kat for your support in booking me in.

Found the whole process quick and easy. I had a couple of reminders of what was left ahead of my moving date which I found helpful too.
