It was a smooth and clear process. You answer questions quickly, when I had a few I sent on email, and that's really good to respond fast!

Kat was fantastic, we sorted all the paperwork with ease and when we had a look at our reserved unit we thought it was too small so Kat showed us a larger one just down the corridor. In the end, Kat was able to give us the larger unit for a cheaper price than the original smaller one. Neon was also incredibly helpful in allowing us to access the unit past 6 o'clock which was really a lifesaver. Great service all around, I would definitely recommend!

At every step, the staff remained cheerful, attentive and professional. Due to Covid-19, my delivery was delayed and there was no problem in several times re-scheduling. Neon at your Brighton branch was especially helpful and charming at all times. When the delivery finally arrived yesterday, Thursday 14th May, Neil attended to me and was equally helpful. I would unhesitatingly recommend Big Yellow for Brighton and the surrounding area. Thanks to you all.

The lady at your Brighton storage centre is possibly one of the nicest women I’ve met in a while. She was efficient, new what she was doing, super helpful and knowledgeable and absolutely lovely. She was also working under pressure but was unflappable. Please give her a pay rise - whatever you’re paying her isn’t enough.

The guys in Brighton were brilliant and friendly. They totally hooked me up with someone to move my stuff at very short notice and all of them went above and beyond to help. In the current climate, that’s a beautiful thing. They made my very frantic day a lot easier than it could have been. Thank you to all them!
