Handled very well, given lots of helpful information, and felt like I was being taken care of properly and with my interest in mind by staff.
It was handled extremely well, after making an enquiry I got a phone call from a member of the team and she discussed prices, options and the entire procedure to me very clearly and concisely.
Initial enquiry was handled very well, politely and quickly. Very easy to book and move into the storage space. Want to say a huge thank you to Kat from Brighton as she was a huge help and was extremely friendly!
The staff explained clearly how using the storage unit would work and what to expect.
It was made very easy for me to reserve the room online and I managed to move my items in quickly thanks to great service from Kat in reception.
The store team explained about storage to me kindly.
Website said there was no availability for the size of storage I wanted. When I visited the store 15 minutes later the size was available.
I was really impressed. The lady that dealt with my call to arrange the booking was really friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions.
I found big yellow storage incredibly friendly, helpful and straightforward. The staff are lovely and coronavirus protection as well handled. Will definitely use again and advise others to do the same. Many thanks
