Exemplary service at a difficult time for me - (due to the unexpected loss of my mum) - great care and patience shown by Kat at Coombe Road Brighton. This helped because the overall business model is confusing as prices change etc. (Which is why a gave an 8 for ease on Qu 2). Kat quickly understood I needed a long term storage solution and was clear and offered me a great deal for six months upfront.
