Very efficient with quick responses
Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. They took time to go through everything with me.
I called and was able to store my stuff the same day very easily. The whole process was quick due to the possibility to check in online and everything was very well explained by the staff member who welcomed me.
Very helpful assistance from Richard, the staff member who checked me in and ran me through the process. Only thing I would say is make it clearer that an online 'check in' is 1% of the actual check in process.
Once past the website which was a bit mixed, dealing with customer service over the phone the experience was excellent. When checking in the service was also great. The Brighton team were helpful, clear and engaging. Great!

Originally called to get a storage room for august and spoke to someone i think his name was lewis? and he informed me that i would be put on the waiting list, was super helpful and explained everything. When i went in to move my things he also served me and was great, answered all my questions was so friendly and chatty and explained everything really well
