All was handled brilliantly

I was all at sea about organising storage, having never had to do it before. I knew about Big Yellow and had a look at your website but still had lots of questions. I found the reception warm and encouraging when I phoned up and I arranged to visit to assess how much space I would need. Carly dealt with my enquiries and took my booking. She couldn't have been more helpful and I was very reassured by the ease and flexibility of the arrangements. In the event, I found I needed a bigger space than I'd estimated but, again, Carly was happy to show me alternatives and her advice was spot on. Comemoving day, I had to extend my removal into the evening and was pleasantly surprised that this was no problem in spite of the short notice and the fact that I had previously stated that I wouldn't need that facility. All in all I've been extremely happy with the service provided and the high standard of customer care bothform Carly and the young man who served us when we purchased our boxes.
