My initial enquiry was handled fantastically by the very kind and approachable lady at the desk. Not only did she help improve my check in experience but she managed to relieve some of the stress I was having about whether or not I’d have enough space to store my University belongings by finding me an ideal locker instead of having two lockers which I thought I was going to have to manage. The customer service was first class and made me feel very comfortable in using the service this company supplies. Would like to say a massive thank you to the staff in particular the lady that processed my check in and also to thank the company for providing such a convenient service.

Only issue is the lack of lighting in the unit itself. Appreciate there is lighting in corridor, but would be better with motion sensor lighting in unit. Also, would it not be feasible to have double doors on unit for easier moving of bulk items in (sofas etc)

Website was easy and simple to use. The only point I would raise is making it clear on the website opening times and check in times right at the beginning. I got stuck in traffic and one of the guys was amazing at making sure I could check in.
