We had reserved a space online and when we arrived to confirm the booking and do the paperwork we were immediately met and dealt with promptly. Lucas, the staff member who dealt with us, was great. He was accommodating and friendly and his explanations were clear and concise so the whole experience was completely stress-free.
Excellent, Neon Kim and Elliot catered for my every need , from initial enquiry (Elliot) explain everything simply and clearly , Neon booked me in , very efficient and explained all and Kim even helped me fill in my inventory..

Overall very good - staff especially we're excellent. I'd like to call out Elliot as being in serious need of a promotion - he was that good. Only downside was the online check-in. As I amended the booking I had to complete the steps again which was fine except a bug meant I could just save with what I had already entered. Eg I had to remove and re-add the additional person before it would allow me to continue. Not a big one but slightly frustrating
