Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially being so sympathetic to the situation I was in. Storage was also close to my house and will explore possibility of using again

Very easy to use service, I booked online, and then called the store when I initially spoke to Lucas. Probably one of the most helpful over the phone services I've had from anyone! He helped me move my storage from 50sqft to 75sqft which I think was essential, once we started moving our stuff into the locker. When arriving, Carly helped me on reception. She was super friendly, and was great to chat to and generally very helpful. (Carly if you're reading this, don't forget to try Ballie Ballerson when you're next in London!)
