Lauren was really helpful she went out of her way to get thing sorted as fast and efficiently as possible.

The booking process was straightforward and easy to use.

All very straight forward. Staff were very helpful. No problems at all.

The staff at Brighton have been so helpful with my mums move. When they heard she was disabled the store manger Lauren found us some some space on the ground floor. On check in Harriett was amazing and again went above and beyond to make help, even arranging to greet our removal people the following day.

It was explained extremely well by ollie on the phone and completed by neil very efficiently
