The arrangement was set up by Howdens as part of a deal, the staff at Brighton Coombe Road and Sadia at central office were outstanding. Howdens tried but did not fully explain the deal and your complete team went out of ther way to help and find out what action to take. A credit to their training and helpful disposition.
The process was a little more laboured than anticipated but that was down to me not filling out the inventory properly. A little assistance from Neon and it was all systems go. Plenty of trolleys to assist in getting my stuff from the van to the storage unit. The staff were very friendly and happy to offer their advice and provide tea/coffee whilst going through everything,

Caril and Kim in Brighton were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They could see I was tired and made me a cup of tea to ease my day. The whole process was excellent. They also arranged a bigger storage for the same cost.
