Eliot And the team couldn’t have been nicer they even made us a cup of coffee I really like them we could change our room without any stress at all when we realised it was too small. They were so professionals sovery courteous I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. They took time to go through everything with me.
I called and was able to store my stuff the same day very easily. The whole process was quick due to the possibility to check in online and everything was very well explained by the staff member who welcomed me.
Very helpful assistance from Richard, the staff member who checked me in and ran me through the process. Only thing I would say is make it clearer that an online 'check in' is 1% of the actual check in process.
Once past the website which was a bit mixed, dealing with customer service over the phone the experience was excellent. When checking in the service was also great. The Brighton team were helpful, clear and engaging. Great!
