I cannot fault either the staff at the brighton store or the staff at the call centre. The staff at the store were extremely helpful and patient and explained everything perfectly.

It was very last minute booking on a weekend, and I got amazing help on the phone and completed the booking. Then I got a call from the Coombe Road reception to check if everything was okay which was quite reassuring. Then when I arrived there, it was really chilled and welcoming helping me go through everything quickly and thorough. It was friendly and nice. Very professional. I'd strongly recommend.
