Very polite and friendly service, and offers to help - flexible and traded up to bigger room.

I had a great warm welcome as soon as I got to reception every thing was explained to me very well. Paul has great customer service quilities .

Online quote & reservation system were super-easy and information clear, email followups timely, and information for making contact with questions was there. Everyone on each phone interaction I had was welcoming, warm, friendly, helpful, expressed appreciation for my business and was keen to help solve *my* problems and meet *my* needs. (Rather than putting me in a box -- see what I did there?) ;)
