Easy to book and staff were helpful

Elliot has been very friendly and professional, I was late with the check in (expected at 1, arrived at 3.05pm) but he still accepted my checking in. I was very tired and stressed for personal reasons, and his good positive attitude made my day better, I could sort my things, got everything explained twice about fees and agreement (I didn't get everything the first time and he'he's been so kind to repeat it). I will recommend your service if a friend will need of a storage box, and will definately use your service again if I'll need it in the future. Thank you

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and made the whole process very smooth. This is my first time using self-storage and he guided me through it perfectly and with politeness and a positive friendly attitude. I'm not sure of his name but he had dark hair, possibly up in a pony tail.

A really clear, friendly and helpful check in experience. I cannot remember his name but he was tall with a beard working on Saturday afternoon (29/07/17)! Very easy to transport items up to the storage. Felt sure that my belongings were secure.
