I cannot fault either the staff at the brighton store or the staff at the call centre. The staff at the store were extremely helpful and patient and explained everything perfectly.

very simple and explained so clearly, easy to find and navigate, instructions both verbal and printed easy to understand.

It was very last minute booking on a weekend, and I got amazing help on the phone and completed the booking. Then I got a call from the Coombe Road reception to check if everything was okay which was quite reassuring. Then when I arrived there, it was really chilled and welcoming helping me go through everything quickly and thorough. It was friendly and nice. Very professional. I'd strongly recommend.

I was dealing with a man called Paul who was extremely helpful, clear and understanding to my needs. The reason I took the storage is because a very stressful situation at home but Paul made the whole process as easy as possible for me.

Staff were massively helpful (thanks Paul and Elliot) and the facilities were excellent
