We came at 5.30 but we were still given the ability to put our things in storage.

The guys were very patient & understanding especially with changing the storage spaces for me as I haven't done this before. They were very professional !.

I was very impressed it was so easy to move our items from the van into the room. The room and building feels very secure. The building was very clean and tidy, the trolleys for us to use were great and we only had to do two trips which meant we finished storing much sooner than we thought.

Everything was clear and easy. Staff really polite, helpful and courteous. Big space to move every thing around. Good communication.
