Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff, and it was good value for money as there was an offer on so it was good for student storage in between house moves

Online quote & reservation system were super-easy and information clear, email followups timely, and information for making contact with questions was there. Everyone on each phone interaction I had was welcoming, warm, friendly, helpful, expressed appreciation for my business and was keen to help solve *my* problems and meet *my* needs. (Rather than putting me in a box -- see what I did there?) ;)
