The customer service provided by Lauren Zakaria both before we arrived and on the day was second to none. Incredibly friendly and informative.

We arrived a bit stressed wanting to arrange storage for a friend. The manager at Camberwell, Darren, was really patient and cheerful and gave us all the time we needed to decide what we needed and helped us with the form-filling. He explained all the steps clearly and took the time to make sure we were happy with the storage and understood about access etc. The procedures are understandably thorough, but he patiently guided us through this.

Service from start to finish was wonderful

harry who checked me in was really friendly and professional. he was really clear with instructions and i came away feeling very comfortable with all the processes and that my items were safe. I was also very impressed with the prices and that we could cancel to suit our needs.
