The information given were clearly explained by the agent who has also taken the time to come along to the storage space and shown how to use the facilities.

My initial enquiry was handled very well. I received a phone call from Kat who explained the prices and advised on the room size I would need. Moving into the storage space, Lauren checked me in and was very helpful and informative. Both have been friendly and very helpful from the start.

Excellent service throughout and really helpful team

We’ll handled & joined up communication: it was a total joy and even really enjoyed the admin - though having to watch the 2 min video twice, when in a rush was a pain! Also too many initial places on pad form!
