I had a really pleasant, stress-free experience. Michelle was extremely informative, answered all my questions, gave me all the information I needed to decide to use Big Yellow. Michelle kept in touch throughout the process and updated me with any new or additional information as required.
Lauren was a great receptionist/host, that showed me goodwill towards my needs. We had two contacts, one by phone and another when I arrived to storage my packs, on both she was super attentive, informing about the options I had with care. It was because of her support that I felt that everything would be ok in the day of the delivery.

Michelle gave us all the information we needed to make a clear decision and prepared a storage solution and quotation that worked with out needs. She showed us the facility and helped us understand the importance of security. The following day Lauren worked quickly and politely to confirm contractural matters to secure our storage space. She helped us practice accessing the facility and reminded us of the procedures so that we can confidently and independantly visit in the future. Both team members made us feel very welcome and our business valued despite having relatively small storage needs.
Easy system to follow and very nice costumer service. After i put my stuff away they were still very happy to help me with purchasing some boxes and made sure that i had a way to carry them in the rain and public transport!
