I needed storage solutions for 2-3 weeks for some very precious items (family heritage which we wanted to keep in a safe place, away from movers) I had some bad experience with self storage few years back (overcharge, hidden charges and dirty storage) therefore I was a little suspicious when I requested an initial quote online. My stress level eased as soon as I walked into the Camberwell unit. The place is well organised, clean. The staff onsite was great. After a short initial conversation they told me that what I need is not necessary what I wanted when I walked in. They were absolutely right. It shown their professionalism. All paperwork was sorted within few minutes, then I was taken to the storage which was far too larger than I thought it would be. I asked if I could get a smaller one. It was not an issue as all. They didn’t make me feel bad because now they had to show another room and redo the paperwork. It was much appreciated. I was moving into the room in few minutes.

I can't believe how easy the process was and how pleasant Adina and Darren were. Adina was really professional and communicative - she answered my many questions the day before and made it such a stress free experience. Darren was really flexible and customer-oriented offering us water and showing us multiple units. They made the whole experience a really positive one.

Both Darren and Lauren were hugely helpful. Our driver was delayed in an accident on the day and I was very stressed we wouldn’t be able to move in having got all of our stuff down two flights of stairs. Lauren was calm and reassuring on the phone and everything went very smoothly once we arrived. Thank you!
