Kat was really helpful on the phone, she helped me figure out exactly what size room I needed. Lauren was great when we arrived and helped us with all the paperwork. Also the new gentleman was nice who showed us where our room was. All in all great service and has helped made our move easier.

Everything was explained in a way that made the process of booking space and then moving into the space very easy and stress free.

I'm so impressed with the service provided by Big Yellow in Camberwell; I was contacted almost immediately after my booking to confirm details of check in and inventory and was subsequently contacted regularly by staff checking in to see how I was progressing with the online check in etc. The costs were explained and broken down clearly and helpfully so I felt totally comfortable moving forward with my check in.
