My initial enquiry was handled very quickly and efficiently with all information being provided in a clear and precise way. All of my questions have always been answered quickly and always in a polite and considerate manner. Everything was explained in a way that made the process of booking space and then moving into the space very easy and stress free.

I'm so impressed with the service provided by Big Yellow in Camberwell; I was contacted almost immediately after my booking to confirm details of check in and inventory and was subsequently contacted regularly by staff checking in to see how I was progressing with the online check in etc. The costs were explained and broken down clearly and helpfully so I felt totally comfortable moving forward with my check in.

Lauren was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the overall experience was seamless. After all was sorted on the day I moved my things into storage, I actually immediately recommended the service to a friend (I rarely do this) so Lauren left a lasting impression. 10/10 recommended.

The process from calling the central team to actually going into the branch was seamless. I can’t thank Kat and Harry at the Camberwell branch enough. Talk about great customer service.

All communications between the team in Camberwell and me were extremely easy, whether by email or on the phone. Everything was explained to me very clearly from the start, including the different options for space and costs, visiting the storage facilities... The information I received was always consistent regardless of who in the team I was talking to. Kat, Lauren and Harry couldn't have been more friendly nor professional, including on the day I brought the contents of my entire home to storage.
