Everything! The whole process was fantastic. Looking online was easy and staff speaking to us over there phone were extremely helpful, answering loads of questions and giving guidance. Upon arrival staff were excellent and it was so easy booking in!

All good, except I was charged £14 for a padlock. I was told a padlock I'd brought with me was the wrong size, but having got to my storage area, I discovered it would have been fine.
