Everything was just perfect, quick, easy from asking for a quote to move in. The personell was very kind and helpful.

Straight after my initial web-enquiry, a member of the Cambridge team phoned me and advised me on what my requirements were, and what sized storage I'd need.

All good, except I was charged £14 for a padlock. I was told a padlock I'd brought with me was the wrong size, but having got to my storage area, I discovered it would have been fine.

Very easy process with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Joshua Blyth was very helpful and knew the exact size unit I’d need to store the contents of a two bed flat. I was also able to use my ‘Blue Light Discount’ which was great.

Literally the easiest thing Ive ever done in my life. David explained everything quickly and had us happily signing up in minutes. Great price, even better service

Excellent service from first contact with BY to moving into a storage space. The process was well managed, with promises of return calls made and flexibility offered to meet my requirements. Josh, who handled my initial enquiry, was polite, professional and wholly accomodating, whilst fellow colleague, James, who I met on my arrival, was both welcoming and informative. Overall, a great service. I will recommend BY to others.

As someone who had never used this sort of service before, I found it the whole process very easy. I was able to find and book what I was looking for quickly and the instructions on how to check in were very clear. On my ‘move in’ date I was looked after by James (in Cambridge) who went through all the paperwork, answered any questions I had before I even had the chance to ask them and was just generally very helpful throughout the induction to self storage. Thank you.

My one complaint is that I initially got an online quote and then received an unsolicited phone call to follow-up. I do not like to be badgered and I seriously considered going elsewhere just because of that.

Fantastic staff. The first contact by phone (sorry I cannot remember the Name) was excellent. He gave me very clear information, and the product was really well presented. Once in the store, James gave me a very good customer service. Very attentive, kind and very professional. He knows what he is selling He answered all my questions, spend a lot off time showing me the rooms to make sure I am happy with the one I was choosing. Well, I have not enough compliments for all your staff. Everything was perfect and all sorted in a non stressful manner. Really very happy. They deserve a pay raised. Very good sellers. Don't lose them. Obviously the facilities are incredible. Clean, safe. All great. Thank you. I will recommend it to anyone., definitely
