I found the website and insistence on checking in on line very frustrating - because I was unable to upload photos etc. It should be made clearer for those less used to working on line that things could be completed at the store.

The whole process from start to finish made me feel at ease and made an emotional experience for me far less stressful.

Very good customer service and information apart from the fact that When asked what I was bringing to the storage space amongst other things I said garden equipment and garden pots wit( plants. WhenI arrived at the storage I was told no plants. That was quite stressful as I then had to organise for them to be taken elsewhere.

It was pretty easy to reserve my storage room and the agent who gave me a call back was really informative addressing even details I had not thought about.
