The whole process from start to finish made me feel at ease and made an emotional experience for me far less stressful.

Very good customer service and information apart from the fact that When asked what I was bringing to the storage space amongst other things I said garden equipment and garden pots wit( plants. WhenI arrived at the storage I was told no plants. That was quite stressful as I then had to organise for them to be taken elsewhere.

It was pretty easy to reserve my storage room and the agent who gave me a call back was really informative addressing even details I had not thought about.

I found the online chat feature really helpful - Amy at the Cambridge branch was really efficient in providing me with a quote for my storage and making a reservation for me. When I got to the storage to move in, David made the process really easy to understand and was so helpful with directing me where to go and explaining everything clearly (as well as pushing one of my trolleys all the way to the room for me!)

Very friendly and helpful staff who made the whole process easy and stress free. Thanks.
