I found the online chat feature really helpful - Amy at the Cambridge branch was really efficient in providing me with a quote for my storage and making a reservation for me. When I got to the storage to move in, David made the process really easy to understand and was so helpful with directing me where to go and explaining everything clearly (as well as pushing one of my trolleys all the way to the room for me!)

One small problem due to the shape of the offered room which was not adequate. However this was sorted out on the day with deftness and aplomb. So minor stress but soon resolved. Great service.
