I found it super easy and accessible.

Handled well, with clear and thorough information, helpful staff. The only complaint I have is the general cleanliness/upkeep and that the customer toilet was disgusting! Hire some pro cleaners or something.

It was handled very professionally by Big Yellow representative and the process was very smooth - from booking to storage - I did all online and also did not require to go physically to arrange storing but the man with van stored on my behalf.

Josh was very helpful to explain the details of self storage to me as being a first time user of such a service. Thanks Josh.

The website was very easy to use and I loved the graphics and descriptions that gave me a sense of the storage options available. Josh was great - getting in touch very quickly, talking me through the options and confirming the price based on my needs. He was also very friendly and efficient in person, and made the whole process very easy.

Everything went smoothly from the initial quotation to final lock my stuffs in the locker :) Very impressed by friendliness and efficiency
