Excellent service. I booked a room online that wasn’t the best deal for me and was called by a very friendly employee to discuss what I needed and the best possible options. Moving in was so easy and everything was explained in a clear and helpful way.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW ORGANISED AND HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY THE BIG YELLOW TEAM ARE THE FACILITIES ARE GREAT EASY SIGNING IN AND OUT SYSTEM NICE BIG TROLLEYS AND LIFTS THERE WAS NOTHING DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH IT IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE USING STORAGE FACILITIES AND IT WAS A REALLY GOOD ONE THE GUYS AT THE CAMBRIDGE BIG YELLOW ARE SMASHING MATT DAVID AND JOSH THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY MUST NOT FORGET MAXINE THANKYOU FOR A BRILLIANT SERVICE BEST WISHES FROM SARAH PETERS
