the process to book is easy, what;s more it is supplemented by a great customer service and follows up from the team, I highly appreciate how professional and friendly the team at Cambridge based office is, please share this with the team's manager as this is a true example of high standards of customer service, I have not seen this in many places, thanks a lot for your assistance with booking and managing my reservation.

Excellent service. I booked a room online that wasn’t the best deal for me and was called by a very friendly employee to discuss what I needed and the best possible options. Moving in was so easy and everything was explained in a clear and helpful way.

Having moved during Covid19 was really hard. However Josh and the team made it clear, smooth and stress free. Thanks to all of them.
