I was informed about all the pricing (including insurance I hadn't initially considered) and thus arrived knowing all the details.

Fantastic. It couldn't have been more informative, friendly and helpful and all in all was a highly satisfactory experience. I really appreciated the very informative but not in any way pressured way I was dealt with, and the helpful advice, from David, the manager, who dealt with me when I arrived out of the blue to make enquiries about storage space. It was all much nicer and more friendly and helpful than I expected.

Talking face2face with Matt on reception was considerably easier than attempting to book on line. Questions were answered appropriately and everything was explained clearly and carefully. Thank you, Matt!

Helpful website, good information on telephone enquiry and very clear explanation of procedure and rules by staff on site when moving in.

I am very impressed with the facility, however, my registration was made stressful as I had followed a staff members recommendation when reserving my room size and had budgeted for my storage costs accordingly. When arriving to check in the room size was way too small despite having explained the amount of furniture I needed to store. This has meant a move to a bigger room and increased costs.

My enquiry was handled very well and efficiently. Everything went well on the day
