I was reviewing which company I wanted to store my items with and Big Yellow stood out from the rest. I came to the Cambridge site a month or so before moving in to get a quote which reserved the space for some weeks. The person I dealt with was friendly and professional and helped me decide on which space I'd need. During the period between the initial enquiry and complete the sign-up, I completed the online inventory, direct debit etc and was surprised how easy it was to use that information when I came to complete the application. When I came to move in, I met with Josh who knew the job back to front and walked me through how the storage and access process works. He went through at pace and ensured I understood everything before concluding the process. I feel very confident that I will be a very happy customer with the service I've received so far.
It was handled very well over the phone. The day of the move in was handled by Joshua in Cambridge Unit. He was excellent - explained everything and was very helpful!
