Great customer service

Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and answered my multiple questions every time I called. Once I got to storage Gemma was really helpful and lovely and made the experience as stress-free as can be.

The whole experience was great - from the website to make the initial appointment, to the online check-in process, to the staff on the day of move-in. My partner (who started the day incredibly stressed by the whole packing/moving process) walked out saying it was the best customer experience he could remember having, with any product/service in any sector.

Staff are really helpful and make the experience quick and easy, in particular Josh was really helpful on this occasion
