The Cambridge branch and head office team are amazing!!! I'd booked a unit at Storage King but when I arrived on Sunday their lift was broken and they were unwilling to assist me. I had my whole life in a van that I needed to return to the van hire company that afternoon, and I wasn't willing to carry it up 3 flights of stairs at Storage King! So we called your company and were SO pleased to get an answer at your head office, to someone that was very helpful and reassuring, and within half an hour we were unloading all my stuff into one of your units. David was amazing, going through the process with me as quickly as he could as he could see I was in a panic to get it sorted, supplying my team of helpers with hot drinks. Just overall the customer service, facility, cleanliness of yellow storage vs storage king was unbelievable. I'll be recommending you to everyone I know!! Thank you to your team, they turned my very bad day into a good day!

The facility to put in most of the details in online was great. Cambridge Big Yellow contacted me several times from initial quote to booking in by phone to clarify, assist and remind me of dates etc. The personnel were very efficient and friendly.
