Very helpful staff, both on the phone and in person, answered all questions and provided all information I needed.

The whole process works very neatly, the guys at the reception in Cambridge are really nice and explained everything clearly. The concept is flexible, I can go and put more stuff into my room or take out something whenever I need. The available trolleys are really helpful and the building is clean.

Drew (Cambridge manager) will very professional, and extremely helpful.

Very easy online booking process, follow up call from someone very friendly and helpful (Justin I think?) Who suggested that I might need less storage space than I'd booked. Transparent pricing all the way through. When checking in Drew was also incredibly friendly and helpful and got my stuff into an even smaller space. Very quick and easy to do.
