As soon as I made an online inquiry about storage in Cambridge, we received a courtesy call from our local branch at Colchester inviting us to visit. When we did so we were very impressed with all aspects of the facilities and the service. Based on this we went ahead and booked space at Cambridge. The staff are professional, courteous and informative. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt that we could ask all the questions that we needed to in order to understand the system. This was important to us because we have not used storage facilities before. We are so impressed, the customer service both in Colchester and Cambridge is exemplary and both of the gentlemen have been a real pleasure to deal with.

I was immediately welcomed by David Arnold at the Cambridge store and he made putting some of my furniture into storage a pleasure. Really helpful. Excellent service.

Guy who attended to me was extremely helpful and even helped me to lift my suitcase to the overhead lockers.

The check in guy was just amazing. He was able to remarkably juggle customers coming in while he made sure my partner and I understood everything clearly, but didn't take ages to explain, all while being really friendly and welcoming.

Very helpful team, es[ecially Drew, who went out of his way to chnage our booking from a 10ft room to a locker since we did not have much stuff to store. He had to re-do the paperwork, whic he di with a smile
