The facility to put in most of the details in online was great. Cambridge Big Yellow contacted me several times from initial quote to booking in by phone to clarify, assist and remind me of dates etc. The personnel were very efficient and friendly. You all did an excellent job. Well done. J Blyta on reception when we arrived was very polite and friendly and went through in a thorough manner all the required details. He is a real asset and credit to the business.

As soon as I made an online inquiry about storage in Cambridge, we received a courtesy call from our local branch at Colchester inviting us to visit. When we did so we were very impressed with all aspects of the facilities and the service. Based on this we went ahead and booked space at Cambridge. The staff are professional, courteous and informative. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt that we could ask all the questions that we needed to in order to understand the system. This was important to us because we have not used storage facilities before. We are so impressed, the customer service both in Colchester and Cambridge is exemplary and both of the gentlemen have been a real pleasure to deal with.

I was immediately welcomed by David Arnold at the Cambridge store and he made putting some of my furniture into storage a pleasure. Really helpful. Excellent service.
