Very professional and efficient experience

The staff were very friendly and courteous and talked me through the set up for using the storage unit. Completing the paperwork and payment was quick and easy (all over a lovely cup of coffee!). The site is clean and spacious and easily accessible.

They (Jess and Marcus) were helpful and covered everything I wanted to know regarding my unit and other questions I had prior to my arrival. I felt completely at ease as soon as I walked in to the building. I felt welcomed and I feel satisfied that I’ve chosen the correct storage company for my needs.

Staff incredibly helpful, offered advice and even rang me to inform me of road closures in Cardiff on the day I was moving items into storage. Brilliant service.

James was brilliant, helped with a realistic price for a let of 6 months whilst renovations in progress.Explained everything and was the salesman! Sian the ultimate lovely professional, who helped me sign all the paperwork, explained everything and led me through the process.I thought she was brilliant. I am a returning customer, but honestly , the company has built trust and that is to the credit of your staff. I have gone to work today, telling everyone about your staff and company.

Customer service we received from Sian was exellent from start to finish, she made everything run smoothly from start to finish and we would definately recommend the Big Yellow to our friends.
