It's the first time I've used this company and I've been really impressed. Everything is very clear and straightforward and the staff I spoke to on the phone and at the store were really polite and helpful. The paperwork is also very clear and simple and easy to understand.

I checked in at Cardiff big yellow this weekend ready for a big freight delivery to put into storage. The staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick and painless, and I even got an upgrade to a larger room for the same price. The facility itself is very clean and accessible, I was on the 2nd floor but with the use of the trolleys and the lift it doesn't really matter what floor you are on. They even offered to put the kettle on while I was waiting for my delivery, or to give me a ring when it arrived if I wanted to pop into town. Would I recommend their services to others? Absolutely!
