As a first timer at Yellow Box we started out with some trepidation. However the process has gone like clockwork from start to finish. Would recommend and use again.

You can't beat the service here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Maybe a touch too much paperwork, but I guess it is necessary. Everything works as it should and it is really clean and well-maintained.

The staff at the Big Yellow in Cheltenham were fantastic! They couldn't have been more friendly, proficient and helpful. Both my sister and I were impressed with the whole package that Big Yellow had to offer.

Thanks to the staff of Big Yellow, they made getting my cafe furniture into storage super easy, efficient and stress free. Security features are good, staff are cheery and helpful, the place is very clean and we were in and out very quickly considering it was an entire van load of furniture.

The staff were very informative, friendly and patient right from the initial inquiry through to our frequent visits back and forth. The building and storage spaces are clean, easy to use, and there is a constant feeling of safety and security for your belongings. Will use them again and would recommend them anytime.

All the staff I dealt with really seemed to care which makes a huge difference. Fast, Efficient and Friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. First Class. Highly Recommended

Laura at the Cheltenham Kingsditch branch was absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful and I cannot speak highly enough of her She is a huge asset to your company and her approach was business like but so helpful and customer friendly, she made a very stressful day so much better

i found the staff very helpfull, the place very clean, and easy to understand how it all works, plenty of trollies to move your furniture to your store, and a good system for entering when you need to pick up things, or drop off with convient hours.
